UX/UI Course Syllabus

In this 9-month highly practical course, students will be introduced to the creative and systematic design and user-friendly based solving issues by addressing pragmatic design through UX-UI.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Students will learn both the theory and practice behind the design thinking process. Ultimately, the course will use design thinking to take students through the design of the User Experience (UX) and User-Interface (UI) of a product or service of their creation.

Methodology

During web building course, you will be trained in web design, graphic composition, Colour Theory, Proper Design, Web Interface Design, Building Home and Internal Website Pages, Studies. Including website design and implementation will be implemented in web design and building software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, Elementor, a drag-and-drop page builder plugin for WordPress and more. UX UI will prepare you for UK industry standards role of a Web Designer, XD.

You will fully understand the definition and principles of UI/UX Design in order to design with intention andDiscover the industry- standard tools and specific project deliverables in UI/UX.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

Students undertaking UX/UI will be able to:

  1. Undertake individual assignments and select readings to help students reflect on their experience and help assess for the class learning objectives

  2. Effectively co-create under the guidance of the tutor by using established design thinking processes and UX/UI tools that will be taught throughout the course.

  3. Test assumptions and prototype potential design solutions while creating professional goals.
