So what salary am I looking at?

Salaries vary between in-house and agency, since at middle level, a designer can expect to earn £26,000 to £38,000. Salaries for senior graphic designers or creative leads range from £38,000 to £60,000. Freelance work can be lucrative, flexible and projects are varied widely.
